Scott threw for 444 passing yards and three touchdowns, two to Carlos Mendoza and one to Oscar Trevino.
But Scott also picked up 82 rushing yards and three scores to put Sonora away.
Ethan Morris scored on a 41-yard run in the fourth quarter to get Sonora on the board.
