Basketball: Lady Bronchos try to build off tournament success

After a successful run at the Fantasy of Lights Tournament in Wichita Falls last weekend, the Odessa High girls basketball team continues its road trip with a game at 6 tonight at Lubbock High.

The Lady Bronchos (5-4) went 3-1 over the weekend. They earned third place by defeating Dallas Samuell, 43-40, in the final game.

Adriana Rivas led Odessa High in scoring in three of the four games, including 18 points in the third-place game.

Odessa High will play in the Greenwood Tournament this weekend before coming home to open district play against Midland Lee next Tuesday.
