Football: Alpine 56, Fabens 14

FABENS Quarterback Dominic Scott rushed for two touchdowns and passed for six others as the Fightin’ Bucks (3-0) routed the Wildcats (0-3) Friday night at Wildcat Stadium.
Scott finished 27-of-43 passing for 348 yards and added 92 yards on eight carries in the victory.
Wide receiver Chino Armendarez caught six passes for 156 yards and three touchdowns, includ-ing a 75-yard strike with 8:39 left in the third quarter.
Fabens led the game, 14-12, with 8:39 left in the first half after Manny Orosco caught a 14-yard touchdown pass from Nick Ramirez.
Scott then led Alpine to 44 unanswered points to blow the game open.
