Comments 0 | Recommend 0SAN ANGELO The Bobcats snapped a school-record losing streak by knocking off the Mustangs 26-14 in District 2-5A action Friday night.
Led by 149 rushing yards and three touchdowns by Whitney Darby, San Angelo Central (1-8, 1-7) snapped a 21-game losing streak that dated back to 2007.
Lubbock Coronado (3-6, 2-6) got 257 passing yards from Rick Henderson, but the Bobcats raced out to a 12-0 lead and kept answering the Mustangs.
Blake Thompson added a 3-yard touchdown run for the Bobcats.
