SEMINOLE The Monahans girls golf team has been almost untouchable this season.
Now, the Lady Loboes have their first chance to lock up a postseason berth.
Monahans leads the District 3-3A Championships by 33 strokes heading into the final round at 9 a.m. today at Gaines County Golf Course in Seminole.
The Lady Loboes will be led by Shelbye Hill, who holds a five-stroke lead over Andrews' Morgan Dockery and Seminole's Samantha Soto after a second-round charge that netted a 71 for Hill.
No other competitor was within six strokes of Hill during the second round.
